Customers

Understand how customer context enters Fortifiers and the current boundary of the public API.

1

Current availability

Customer records are currently managed through the authenticated Fortifiers dashboard and connected systems. A versioned public customer CRUD API is not yet exposed.

This page is intentionally explicit so integrations do not depend on private billing or internal client routes.
2

Supported paths

Use the dashboard to manage customer data or connect a supported field-service and accounting platform.

  • Create and update customer context inside Fortifiers.
  • Sync customer and job context through enabled integrations.
  • Include customer requirements directly in quote-generation text when calling the public API.
3

Design your integration safely

Keep your own customer identifier in your system of record. Do not assume Fortifiers internal numeric IDs are stable public identifiers until a customer endpoint is added to v1.

4

Request API access

If customer synchronization is required for a production integration, contact developer support with the direction of sync, expected volume, and system of record.
